Description

Trade with NJ only happens if Habs don’t take Wright.

For Detroit:
Subban replaces Hronek in the lineup short term and Antti Tuomisto pushes for a roster spot in 2023/2024.

Edler should be the primary LD free agent target IMO. Edvinsson makes the team out of camp.

Holbty or any band aid FA backup goalie.

Extensions to Larkin and Bertuzzi take them above the cap floor.

Erne is useless to the Devils. I personally would take the deal sans Erne, and take Lambert at 8, but I don't think most people would be too keen on it.
