I'd probably do the Flames trade. It's a tough one though because he could really pump up his trade value next season. Resigning can't be condition on draft picks anymore though.

LMAO that dont get Timmy. He's already far better than Larkin, less injury concern and younger.

And that is 0% getting larkin traded. A guy who has at a young age a reputation for diving and giving no heart as well as a huge down year after signing his big deal. With larkin in lineup wings are over 100 points last year. Good try though

Larkin can play NHL level defense.

He has the potential to be.... he is not there yet. Larkin will never be as skilled, but he is every bit a better overall player. A "MAIN" reason the Wings weren't the ones being swept in the first round is because of the injury to Larkin late in the season.

Weird that you didn't dispute that he's ass defensively.

I'll agree he isn't great but he does put effort which is more than half our team.

Detroit is not trading Larkin. Ottawa is not trading Stutzle. Just bad for both teams.

A team can no longer include a condition in a trade regarding a player re-signing. It's been like that since 2020.

just because he puts in more effort than half your current team does not mean he plays well defensively.
