These are the things that I think should be done this offseason. Ideally we draft Eiserman and sign Leonard(probably won't happen) and ideally we target everyone i did. I'm not saying any of these will happen because i do not think it will but that it should happen.
Caps Offseason Need:
1. New top line / Top Line Scorers

Highly doubt McMichael agrees to a 6yr deal like that. Maybe 2-3.

I think if you removed Broberg and changed the 2nd to a 3rd, Edmonton would be interested.

why u talk with so much certainty when Corey Pronman just yesterday mocked the caps taking him at 17. Guy watches prospects all day every day and you have the balls to say "no shot" he drops. wild

I was coming to argue the same point. I think its very realistic that Eiserman drops to the Caps.

I strongly believe the Capitals will end up with one of MBN, Eiserman or Greentree.

i need to watch MBN on tape. You ever subscribe to prospectshifts.net? Guy does some cool work on putting together shift by shift tapes of prospects.

I will stand by it that he is not going to 17, Sports writers like to blow his shortcoming out of the water. He is still a top 5 talent in this draft.

totally fair that he might not go to the caps at 17. just to say with 100% confidence feels off.

Negative, but MBN is a power forward. Big body doesn't back away from the corners, wins you pucks, has a nose for the net. Mostly an offensive Bull
