So Tkachuk effectively cost $12.5 million a year for the next 3? I think we all know he’s not worth all that. Buffalo will look elsewhere and pay a lot less because they really don’t need another top six forward. They just need the ones they have to be healthy.

Sabres will be looking for a top 6wimger and a 3C this summer, they have already said as much, they will need to replace Skinner because he he a highly likely buyout candidate if they can find someone to take his contact this summer.
