Do great players put up less points on worse teams and if so why? And by how much?

Really depends on so many factors, yes, good players may put up less points on bad teams due to playing with worse linemates but they may also get more PP time/general icetime there than elsewhere, morale likely also plays a part in production on bad teams, it's hard to quantify the "bad team effect" on any position
