I would consider this move if all 5 of Celebrini, Demidov, Levshunov, Lindstrom, and Parekh are off the board at 7.

Ideally we get Parekh and then just buyout Korpisalo

there are far less costly ways to get rid of Korpisalo. plus, blackwood isn't a sure enough thing to the point where he's actually solving any problems for ottawa. they'd still need to get an actual guaranteed starter anyways

OTT is not trading down 7 spots to dump Korpisalo.... no GM would EVER do something like this if they EVER want another job in any fashion in the NHL.
