Still money left over if he needs more and JT off the books the following year. Trading marner really is the ideal thing no matter how good he is on paper

Ya JT would need to take a hometown discount on his next deal , so the leafs can sign Knies & Saros

Leafs are considering signing boosh back at similar money so that was my thinking instead.
