My guess would be Cali State teams, Flo State teams, NY State teams, VGK or Pit.

Maybe Dal.

I think for Canadian teams, it's Leafs or nowhere.

Playoff Team
Big need for 1st line Winger
Cap space for extension
Good young nucleus

Dallas?
A Reinhart-less Florida?
Colorado if Landeskog is done?

I agree , really don’t see Marner willing to move his nmc to another high pressure Canadian market

Mostly likely NO teams unless he has extension in place. Other wise Marner wants to have a productive season for one season with the Leaf, s to boast his numbers and his next contract.
Can't see any "good" team wanting/or can take on his contract.

Ya I agree Marner would need to have a contract extension in place + have interest in playing for that team + that team would need to have interest in paying him 12M+. Nashville could maybe fit that

Your Caps might be a good fit...Having Marner set up Ovie on the powerplay, Ovie would score 20+ goals just on the PP.

Marner's ego might enjoy helping Ovie break the unbreakable record and Marner can see himself as the Caps new franchise guy after Ovie retires.
