A big body who's a coveted right shot 'D' Maveric moves pretty well for his size. He has decent edges and agility. He was used in a top pairing role in Drummondville and was deployed in all situations. His puck play is generally reliable but there are times in games he doesn't identity quick enough and lacks execution. For his size he relies more on his reach than his physical presence. When time and space he can get pucks to the net from long range. A bit of a project but he has an attractive foundation to develop.
