Theodore has turned into a first-pairing defender. He eats up a ton of minutes at ES and PP#1.
He's an excellent skater. A combination 2-way / Transitional 'D' who moves the puck very well and has the legs to lead the rush on his own.
Theodore has always had great puck touch. He passes the puck hard and accurately. He can also score from range.
He closes quickly on opponents / takes away time and space.
