20 man roster is not going to fly; replace Pesce (massively over rated on this site) with Tanev or Walker or DeMelo at lower cap hit.

A late first, 2 (2nds) and a fourth doesn't make any sense. If Marner is getting traded you need a young prospect at a low cap hit (Entry Level Contract) then you can have all the cap space you want + a young player that has the ceiling of marner, that's how a team moves from a big player but stays competitive, you never trade a player of that calibre for picks while wanting to stay competitive.
