    I would agree, probably Matt Savoie and the Sabres 2025 first.

    I think that's too steep depending on the extension, whether there is one and what it costs, etc.

    Kulich seems like a good option. Hes already proven to produce in the AHL. add a good pick with that and I think its good value. Kulich could step right into winnipegs lineup

    That didn't say Buffalo was interested in Ehlers, it said Buffalo should be after him if he's available and the Jets writer at The Athletic figures he'll be traded before the draft but thats just Ates' speculation.

    So while Buffalo might be interested in Ehlers that article didn't actually say that they were, just that they should be.

    I think that is the going rate for talented top line forwards that are one year rentals these days. If he came with an extension there would probably also be a good roster player and another pick involved.

    Two early 1s is a very steep price that we haven't seen replicated through the market for pending UFAs.
