I lot of hate here for the Dvo trade, but people forget NYR paid a 2nd for half retained Wennberg's rental, avery similar player.

Kakko might be on the trading block because of the lack of capspace in NYR and his lack of playoffs production makes him expandable.

Kakko's value being around 2x2nd, Dvo 50% retained + a 2025 2nd would be a more realistic offer.
