Buch is not on the market. Someone would need to convince Army to give up a top liner he's trying to extend.

Even if he was on the market, the Sabres could make like 36 offers more suitable than that. That's not a good offer, sorry.

In other proposals some Buffalo fans offered the 24 1st, Jokiharju and a B-prospect for a retained/extended Buch. To be honest, as a Blues fan I think that's probably a bit too much as the 1st is 11 overall. A package including your 24 1st+ Strbak (we lack right handed defensemen in our prospect depth) for Buch@50% potentially with an extension agreed that he'll sign when possible, would do it for me.
