You could definitely get away with paying Cizikas and Martin less. That said, I really can't blame you for overpaying them, our 4th line is the scariest in hockey and Marty and Cizikas are two big reasons why. I'm not sure of Quine is ready for the NHL, but hey, we can figure that out in the preseason, so you putting him on the roster as a 3rd line center isn't terrible. I REALLY like the contract you signed for Strome. He hasn't earned a big contract, but we don't want him walking away. Give him a short-term contract with medium pay and then reevaluate his worth to the team when he has 160 games more experience under his belt. Couldn't agree more on the Strome contract. 4/5.
