2. I didn't move Dell because after spending some time watching the Barracuda this season I've come to think that both our baby goalies need another season before they're really ready

3. Labanc gets a 2 season 'show me' deal where he's being asked to bet on himself and his own skill to earn a big ass raise at that time

4. The Donskoi deal is terrible and I know it, but it's a hail mary deal :(

In a just world, I think he should probably get 2.5 or 3 for a show me contract - but he's an RFA without arbitration rights. Unless this really is going to be the summer of offer sheets I could see something like this happening in order to make the Karlsson offer happen. ?

The other outcome I see for Labanc is being traded but I've been super excited by his development this season and I think getting rid of a promising 23 year old player at this point would be dumb as **** and I hope it doesn't come to that.
