It's interesting. I'm just not excited to help out TBL unless picks/prospects come back. JT Miller needs a change of scenery for sure. I mean...9 minutes last game?!?! Talk about zero trust. But that doesn't mean Stan should be clamoring for him. TBL's in cap hell right now. I get that Callahan only has 1 year on his contract...so in the long run it's not that bad, but I want that 2nd round pick for the future.

***EDIT*** what TBL needs to worry about is AFTER the draft a team Offer sheeting Point for a 5 year $8M deal. Getting a LATE 1st / 2nd / 3rd for Point would be an absolute embarrassment...more than a historic winning team getting swept in the 1st round. It would be Hall / Larson embarrassing.

I was actually thinking about whether or not Miller would fit here or not and I think he could. He's kinda expensive, considering everyone we'll have to sign soon, but he's still young and pretty versatile and can score 20 goals. If this was the price, I think I'd do it

Agreed about Point. I guess the more conservative thing to do would be to offer to swap the Blackhawks 2nd round pick for the Bolts' 1st for taking on Callahan, who the Blackhawks could still use as a pricey 4th liner for the year.
