Description
I know the comments will read "this won't happen" or "he's not signing" or "Tampa's going to match" but this is just what I think a fair offer sheet that could pry BP from Tampa would be, and where the Flyers would make moves to fit in around him in their Top-6 going forward.

Who would be a moveable TOR D-prospect to add to the Ghost trade? Not a blue chip, but a decent B prospect. Might need that to sweeten the pot. Ghost is a 65+ point man on a reasonable deal.

In my opinion:

- Toronto won´t give up a 1st-rounder and Kapanen for Gostisbehere

- the offer sheet seems to be okay, but I don´t think Tampa will let go Point anyway - a crowded offense-pipeline like the one of Philadelphia doesn´t need him (Frost even might be NHL-ready in 19-20)

- the deal for Spurgeon is unnecessary and overpayed

- Konecny has earned - and will receive - way more than 2.85 mio per year

- Kapanen and even Hartman will receive more than they get on your roster

Ghost has a ton of value with that contract he is on so I doubt a middle six forward and a late first would be enough to get him. I don’t see Tampa letting Point go at all and they would trade others before letting him go. Spurgeon is great but that is a lot to get rid of for him, this years draft is deep and there should be a great player there at 11.

If I offer sheet anyone I would offer sheet Kapanen for an overpay because Toronto could let him go then.

I can see Toronto giving up a 1st + Kap for Ghost but they don't need more LHD.

I don't think that Hagg who was statistically one of the worst defenseman in hockey plus a russian kid who has work ethic issues and couldn't stick on the Flyers after he won the 3C job out of camp and a first rounder that might not play in the NHL for 3-4 years is a huge overpayment for a guy you can make your top-pair D. I know he only has 1 year left, but thats where I was coming from. There's a question with the contract and the cost to retain the player, so the pieces I sent back all kinda have question marks too.
