Well Hartman was producing pretty well while only getting 12-13 minutes a night. I think bumping him up to 17-18 or so and having better line could get him into the 35-40 point range without too much risk as he is capable 3rd liner if it doesn't work out. Other options could be Panik or Donskoi for a bit more money. I do like Donskoi's number I just wanted to shake things up since he is always the RW I go after
