This one is realistic for MTL. We have Tatar Drouin Lehkonen & Byron on the LW. So Tatar could be trade for a top 3 LHD

Like the idea of this, but a few things...

Leddy for Tatar 1 for 1 is fair, Isles don't need to give up a 2nd and only get a 4th back as well.
Greiss can probably get you a second from a team like CGY or CAR that will be looking for a starter, don't need to attached Hickey and a 4th.
Hickey will likely net a 3rd or 4th round pick on his own if moved, but will probably be the 7th D until we know for sure Aho and Dobson are ready.
McEhlinney will likely get a 2 year deal after the season he had and with Bob signed, Gibson can handle the 15-20 games Bob doesn't play for much cheaper.
Flip Tatar and Beau on the lines.
