Reimer won't stay I would imagine. Quick maybe is an option, but it would be better for the cap structure to just resign Mrazek to his ask...

I think Quick is better than Mrazk

LA may even be willing to retain a little more because of what happened with Luongo

Looking at Quick's deal (he on make 2.5 mil the last year and will be 37) if he retires, that could be one hell of a cap recapture penalty.

Yes... but Quick is older and made of glass at this point. Mrazek was at least durable. I'd be more inclined to trade for Cal Peterson or Jack Campbell over Johnathan Quick

I can not imagine a scenario where the Canes take on any Goalie (trade, UFA) on a contract longer than 2 seasons. Not after seeing the Darling situation play out and how the Mrazek contract worked out last season.

Reimer gets moved likely, and Mrazek signs a 2 year deal for the best AAV the Canes can negotiate.
