Vancouver wont do that. Stecher is their top defenseman arguably and they need the cap room to sign boeser and goldobin still.

I know I know Tyler Myers really blew up a great JJ destination but I want Stecher so I will keep on keeping on until the Pens sign Matt Cullen and sign Phaneuf to a 5 year deal (where I eventually sky dive off of a cliff)

I feel like it makes letang or schultz expendable if we need cap space because he can play those top line minutes. But also if he stays as our bottom pairing guy then He's cheap enough to do that and we'll have like the best set of 3 RHD in the NHL.
