The only names worth considering on that list are Bjugstad, Gusev, and Namestnikov at that exact pricepoint. I'd be fine adding Hawkey and Vesey to those deals if their respective clubs wanted more.

Buchnevich and Kreider are too expensive considering the Oilers' situation as a whole. Brassard, Perreault, Rust, and Vanek aren't good enough to be legitimate top-6 options. Dzingel and Ferland carry too much term too far north of $4M (both are projected to be around $4.5M fwiw). Kerfoot won't shake loose out of Toronto with their need for a new #3C, and I don't trust Haula's injury history.
