JP wouldnt sign that cuz the oiler would match and then he is stuck in EDM for 2 years has to play at least one as EDM is not allowed to trade for the 1st year.

That’s actually interesting. So either they lose him for a 3rd, or he plays in Europe for at least a year before they can trade him. And he would still count against the cap.
