To me marner is askin way to much for a 3 year deal and a 4-5 year deal is off the table. Personally I’d let him sit until he decides to take a deal he’s actually worth. But I’m curious what other fans would offer for him

Its still a rip off for the Leafs, but it opens up the Leafs window for 4 more years and then you can re-sign or trade down the road.
Marner could be a top 10 scorer for the next 10 years, but he could also score only 70-75 points next year. This offers some protection for the Leafs if this was Marners career year
