Description

Laine and Connor are locked up to, what i think, are fair deals for both sides.
Jets are able to get Honka out of Dallas and Jesse P out of EDM for good deals.
Brassard comes in on a one year deal to play with Laine.
Devils agree to take Matty P for some mid to late draft picks and the Canadians send an unwanted F to the jets for an unwanted dman, both who are UFA's at the end of the year. Jets may need to sweeten the pot with a prospect of pick

I can't see Dallas and Edmonton accepting those deals. The players might have low value now but at least in Edmonton's case, the GM has shown that he's willing to wait for a good offer before trading Puljujarvi.

I think the Devils might do this trade mid season if some injuries occur to their forward group, but at the moment there isn't much room in their lineup for MP.
