They would need to have an extension in place before this trade happens and I doubt dubas wants to deal with their agent anymore

It's really kinda of meaningless to post a trade...based on a extension, without showing the details of the extension.. As we have seen with with all the RFAs still to be signed, that inking a contract is very difficult. These RFAs have been in talks with their teams for six months. To think Leafs/Hall could come to an deal so quickly...doubtful. Don't think the Leafs would be interested in Hall over Marner especially if the AAV was close.
11m for Marner...I wonder if any team wants to pay that much.
