Its hard to come up with a package for marner without knowing what he’ll sign for. If I’m a GM I’m not trading for him after seeing his demands of a 15 mill QO and declining 11 x 7. The most I would pay marner is 11 mill over 6 years. I would want a guarantee that he’ll sign for that much.
