Mitz hasn't proven he should get more than this and Pietro is a step below the doughty and Karlsson marks which puts him in the 9's ish.

I think he gets close to 10 on the open market. He's won a cup, a GM like Dubas already overpays for players, and I'm sure that's a very valid reason for him to overpay for another.

Dubas only overpays young stars. He has a good track record with everyone else - including UFA stars.
And it would require a small discount (a la JT) on Piets part to come home as we cannot afford to go much higher (cap depending ofc).
