Description
So F'N tired of seeing everyone listing Logan Brown and Drake Batherson in our starting line up. They have, to be blunt, OUTRIGHT SUCKED since rookie camp. Let's see if they wake up in the AHL. The last thing this franchise needs is to start giving spots to rookies who are coasting. Massively bad precedent to set!

Sens seem strong at centre and even OK at right wing. If your analysis on Brown and Batherson is right,,,,,,,sure let him play in the AHL. Your "precedent" thought, should be followed by all teams.

Disagree with you about Logan Brown. He looked good, he just didn't see the results on the scoreboard. I don't think he was "no doubt about it" good, but he was at least good enough to justify getting a look.

Batherson on the other hand is a different story. He may as well not have even played in this preseason. I still think that his track record last season of being FAR too good for the AHL should still lead to him getting a spot, but if they go purely based on the pre season then he should play in Belleville.

The Balcers injury came at a terrible time, because he was far and away the most impressive prospect imo. If he was healthy I would say Him, Abramov and Chlapik all earned spots ahead of Brown and Batherson. With him out, I still think one of the two still get a look.
