We'll certainly see. Pekka's 37 and sucking wind so far. NSH is winning despite him...not because of him, but it's only been 3 games.

Isn't the plan to extend Lehner and have him be the bonafide number 1 for a few years? If you're planning on Reimer and Delia being 'the guys' then you might as well ship off Gus as well since you're effectively tanking this year and next.

I'm probably in the minority, but I would have ZERO issue telling Lehner...hey buddy, we really like you. We're going to be serious contenders for your services over the summer. Right now we're not cutting it. We're going to better our future by trading you today and we're hoping you still consider coming back. We think this is the best direction for the Hawks in the short term and we do see you involved if you want to be for the Long Term. Let's talk in June.
