I hear ya. We’ll see if Nylander can turn into something special or not. My guess though is with 7 guys already on one way contracts and Boqvist ahead in depth chart Joker would’ve been an AHL player this year. Which would’ve been a good thing.

Yeah, I completely agree. I would have been fine with him developing another year in Rockford. I just see he's already playing in the NHL with BUF and even making Scandella look good. I know Nylander has 2 goals already and needs more time to develop himself. Just seems like that D could have been solved for a LONG time.
