Too many changes to quick and this weakens your defense significantly.
The AA trade probably requires a 2nd to get done. But don't trade Bennett away, he is vital to the Flames, especially after last years playoffs.
Jank and TJ could likely land you Toffoli, I just don't think that's the help the Flames need, those are two good players worth trading away though.
Hamonic likely wouldn't land you Roslovic, let alone a 2nd, they prize him a lot. Also I think he's worth re-signing over Brodie.

Flames should either keep with the team they have and just trade Jank and Brodie for what they can get. Brodie is also worth keeping if the Flames make playoffs. Even if he walks in the offseason, getting those young players some valuable playoff games is worth not getting anything for Brodie IMO.

That defense is awful. Kylington is just a poor mans Brodie at this point pairing him with Hanifin is terrifying, Hanifin works because Hamonic is so good in our end.

With the Detroit trade you can take Frolik because won't resign in Detroit and they already have 10 players over 30 they aren't adding any more. I can't see Detroit trading AA for Bennet and a 3rd or even a 2nd like @BlastnyFromThePastny suggested. AA probably isn't worth that much now but the Wing's think he is and I do think they are going to give him more time. So I don't think he gets traded until the TDL at the earliest.

Fair enough, I think the smartest thing the wings could do is re-sign him. He's a good part of a group with Larkin and Mantha.
