Description
*** I'm not trading Petry because of his really bad game against B's. I do like Petry, his offense and his mobility.

But something needs to be changed in that dcore. Weber is not tradable with that contract. Mete and Fleury are young players and they already do well, I wouldn't touch them for now. Chiarot brings physical play. Petry is probably our def with the best value, so it might be the best time to trade him.
Trades

You think this makes the team better? Because it does not.

Penguins decline. Rust is on pace for 38 goals this season and plays effectively in all situations. He's easily one of the best wingers in the league making just 3.5 million! Why would the Penguins trade him for a bottom six winger?

Overstatement alert ?

He is ot one of the best wingers, he plays with Malkin or Crosby!

Pens get completely ripped off in the rust deal.
I think the rest of the deals Habs lose out on some value

He’s definitely not one of the best wingers in the league. Not even close. But I think you can argue he’s one of the best wingers making 3.5 million or less
