On top of that, I don't even think I'd do any of it. Ceci has been fine and the only way I'd trade him would be if Sandin absolutely has to be in the NHL and Dermot earns top pair minutes with Rielly. Then ship out Ceci. Hall is going to cost so much and then walk. Its a waste of assets.

If you have a good shot, you take it. If the biggest asset out the door is a conditional 1st based on winning the cup (or an extension) to acquire an elite talent like that you make that deal in a heartbeat. Kapanen and Bracco will be missed but I'd get over it pretty quick once you see line 1 of Hall - Matthews - Nylander hop over the boards

Won't comment on Ceci as I still have no idea what he is, He's looked a lot better since the coaching change but that's a real small sample size to go off of. He's a mystery box...that occupies 4.5 million in cap space...
