The Leafs are tied for 24th in the NHL in points percentage. This team is ungood. Its time to sell the UFAs (not Ceci because he's not really worth much) and hand it over to the kids (Sandin, L'il Tim etc) or let guys like Harpur and Schmaltz finish the year while the youngsters keep developing.

How is Barrie worth than much? Certainly the Isles don't need him. Even Muzzin could be an overpay. I don't disagree with your "sell", but by any recent comparables, I wouldn't expect such good return to the Leafs,

Johnsson and Anderson are the same age, so I'm not sure what that trade accomplishes.

Not sure how Toronto trades two pending UFA defensmen and not only get t better players that are cost controlled but 1st round picks also. Neither Muzzin or Barrie get that kind of return
