It made no sense at the time. It makes no sense now. We were out muscled last two playoff years. We were/are aiming for the cup. A first round pick means nothing. We could have got something for gourde before his ntc kicked in. He will be gone this year and it probably will cost an asset. Dare I say the first round pick we got? I hope they play Tyler in top six and he performs to get some value in a trade.

Gourde has no reason to waive his full NTC for Vancouver.

No thanks on Gourde. Loving Miller in a Canucks uniform. Has really helped the PP and team take another step forward this year. Would trade that first again in a heartbeat for him.
