I haven't really thought about it, but Strome in DAL makes a lot of sense. They need a 2C that can push offense. Just have to hope he can do it away from Panarin

They will not pay a first for Strome and sacrifice all their picks in the first three rounds of this year's draft, and they are not going to move on from Faksa either. I can see them moving perry for a conditional pick, but I think if DAL is trading for Strome, they are giving up prospects.

I have serious doubts if he can, he never has before save for his second season

Dallas will not be giving up a first, i agree. A first also does not get it done, simply because he gels so well with Panarin.

Meaning teams will not be willing to pay a 1st rounder for him? Or that it will cost even more than a first? I would argue the former.
