Jets eye Ghost, I’m not sure what his value is like right now so this is just an idea based off of his point production. He’s producing around the same as Brenden Dillon, and sharks fans were asking for like a B- prospect and a 2nd. I know ghost has term and is younger so I’d say that a B+ prospect (vesalainen) + 2nd for ghost is fair, then I added a 4th for PHI to take on the remaining year of kulikov. I’m not sure whether or not PHI needs F prospects or D. If they want D prospects, the jets can swap our Vesalainen for a guy like Chisholm or Niku.

Obviously this trade only happens if buff isn’t returning which is most likely imo. He hasn’t been skating at all which is a bad sign.

u won't have to retain on Kulikov as Ghost makes more than him...as for the trade, I think that is too much for him as he isn't great, making 4.5M per year

wait a few months and get Edmudson at 3.5M

I know it’s probably better to just wait and get Eddy but I was just seeing if there was a deal here. I thought it was an overpayment but I didn’t want to lowball it haha. As for kulikov I know he’s making less than ghost but I thought maybe they’d want more than a 4th to take on his whole caphit so I just retained 1m and only gave up a 4th.

I do agree that it would make more sense to get edmunson as a UFA.

Yeah I know, I was more so thinking about if they were going to make another move. Not a big deal though as we have plenty of cap space.
