Hurricanes Trade Tiers

Agree with most...but I would say it doesn’t make any sense to have any prospects in the trade able category. It really doesn’t make much sense to move Bean (too high of upside) or Bokk/Suzuki/Honka (probably want to see them play in the AHL in a few years before moving them).

I’d hate to see it, but I do think Gauthier could specifically be called out as a prospect who could be on the move.

I don't understand how Jake Gardiner makes any tier :P Also, I think the Canes are hungry for more playoffs, so I would not put it past them at all to make a significant, if not blockbuster trade with either Arizona (Taylor Hall), Wild (Dumba + Brodin) or Sens (Duclair and/or Brown). They have the prospect capital and draft picks to make something big happen. If and when the Leafs get eliminated from these playoffs, I cheer for the Canes. They are fun to watch

Haula is probably a tier higher. Rumours about the arguments are one thing, but production is another.

I was going to say I'd be surprised if you guys moved Suzuki or Priskie before being able to get an actual read on them, but I agree with @Caniac555 that Bean, Bokk and Honka should also probably be in Tier 2, not Tier 4.

Everything else in your construction seems spot-on to this outsider.

move Nino up (at least) one tier, and Priskie likely isn't going anywhere, NCAA FA signing, specifically said he wanted to sign in CAR
