Value is ok Guerin might hold out for a better deal because Staal has term and is still very solid.
Thing is Boudreau was fired because Wild think they are a playoff team when they are not, so the only way Wild make this trade is if they have another deal in place to acquire a #1 center.

Teams rarely trade #1 centers, not sure where the Wild think they'll get this 1C they're searching for but it's probably not from the trade market.

Maybe Nashville will deal one of Johanson or Duchene but not sure if either of them are really 1C's, not elite ones anyway.
