Description
After all, he assemble all the piece together and give it to the coach (Not saying the coach is better or worst). Since 2012 that MTL have average success at the draft and on the ice.

Seem like the plan is simply not working. It's not consistent either when MTL have a stretch of success. If you have a business, would you give him the lead at this point?

Bergy had a rough patch but has been very good as of late.

Problem is they have a mediocre team which Price was able to hide in the past but no longer can. And no true #1 center still.

Their young talent is as good and as deep as any team in the league. Future is bright. Next couple years, not so much.

Boston did well and kept doing well. There was a rough patch there too, but nothing like 4 year out of 5 out of the playoff, with the next couple years being neither positive or negative outlook

When a player like kovalchuk spent time at home sitting because no team want to give him a contract, then suddenly he go to MTL and he is a star in that market, I think It show how fragile is the team structure.

Berge and Milano have to come clean to the fans and admit that in order to take the next step of the future some tough choices need to be made. I do not see it being smart to extend Petry and Tatar into their 30’s we need to continue to get younger. Moving the two of them adds probably 4 potentially valuable pieces to the future. Make sure you get a solid RHD prospect who is a season or two away and we’re in good shape. Just tell the fans we’re working towards and consistent playoff team and makes some good moves and everything will be alright.

I am not sure if he is willing to take that avenue (Moving Tatar and Petry)

Well given the return for Coleman he damn well better fly his ass down that avenue.
