JGP scares me if his extension is anything north of 4 mil.... he’s had 1 season of being a 2nd line center stat wise.... plus I don’t think we need him as much as people say, JGP and Jenner are basically the same player. Good 3rd line centers who can be a 2nd line center in a pinch.

Also I doubt you’ll get that package without giving up a 1st.

I would wait until next season. But I think their big season will be in 2 years, that's when they should go all-in again... plus PIT and WSH will have started to drop by then...

Jarmo doesn’t know how to sell, only buy, as evidenced by last years TDL debacle. He could have unloaded Milano, Anderson and Murray long ago for much higher than they will now get on the open market.
We are still weak at center, and the only saving grace is that Foudy appears to be the real deal, and could lock in with Dubois for 1/2 center for a very long time.
This week will be telling as to whether we trade for some depth or sell.
