I was about to say that you could actually pull this off... but doesn't FLA want an RD? Or am I remembering that wrong?

It's my understanding that they want someone they can pair with Ekblad who is a right shot D.

So if that's the case Martinez being a left hand shot would be a great fit. And I don't think that they would do the trade for him directly because I think they are kind right at their internal cap.
