Why would any team trade for him when it looks like he may become a FA when a buyout is agreed upon? He would be a good fit in Philly when that occurs

dont think jets r buying him out .. nhl removed his cap hit from the jets so buyout isnt nessesary, they r trying to get some value from trade out of him at this point, think the jets would have to add more though

The Jets plan is to wait until the 24th to terminate him as he can't sign with any other team for this year...unless they can sell him.
