What do you mean he has term
Johnsson has been finished with Sergury he could be a completely different player. He was even injured before

The trades he proposed were for a guy who only has a year left and a 4th liner who is making 1 mill more. Sure johnsson has been injured but its fine LTIR money right there. If toronto trades him the return needs to work and this does not for them as they take on more cap

No that's not the pint.
If you didn't see Chris is extended 4 years at 4.5 which is pretty good
Your giving up Johnsson hasn't even been good this year nor he was even that good last year. Suter is suppose to be a player you buyout. He is suppose to make the value negative. You guys have Liljegren and holl on the right side with Muzzin Rielly and Sandin on the left which is pretty good along with Tanev

Liligren is barely NHL ready. Tanev is a ufa so trading for him is useless as we can just pick him up on the market. Sure we lose injury prone johnsson but its another josh anderson story. He just had a bad year. If toronto is looking for a defenseman dubas is looking for a way to dump johnsson and kerfoot and grab someone like (Cernak, weegar, etc) who are young, full of potential and can play both sides well
