3- Each Draft Year Team MUST have 1 of : 1- (previous) Traded away pick, OR 1 "same" pick as team, OR 1 "miss" in the 4 rounds of Re-Picks - Labeled w/ *______*

4- Not just best player but a player rated in around same draft slot or Draft Ranking Slot or Team Need at time.

5- If taking a new player at the selection #, MUST list the player previously picked.

6- PLUS if Team traded for player OR signed player as UFA & is on Roster Now, Team must also Draft him or Trade Up OR Down to Draft same player.
