The jets or really any team will not move a bonafide top 6 player singed for over 5 years for 2 years of Barkov. There is a value difference but it’s not that large.

Yeah well that package doesn't get you an elite 1C 70-90 point guy like Aleksander Barkov nowhere close enough Ehlers would need to be included in the deal at the very least.

Considering those are the best peices in the jest system that are not apart of the top 6 or are not names morrissey, pionk, or hellebuyck, this is the best the jets can offer and considering what nj got for hall, what OTT got for stone, and what SJ got for karlsson, this is more than fair value wise. Literally 4 first rounders
