I doubt Jarry goes as low as 2m

edit: seeing as MERZLIKINS got 4m over the same length and his numbers are a hair better than Jarrys

The penguins won't trade DeSmith for Biega.
1st Biega isn't really worth all that much and 2nd, they need DeSmith to play backup when they move one of Murray or Jarry at some point by the end of next year.
I don't think anyone will pick DeSmith off of waivers. It's possible, but highly doubtful.
I don't think he holds that much value. They tried to trade him but no one was willing to give up for him, and no one claimed him last year.
