Description

Army has never used a buyout in his Blues tenure so I don't see it happening even with a CBO. Bozak for Hutton (small retain) is fair as BUF upgrades from a 1B goaltender to a solid 2/3C for only $2.75M more cap hit. VGK need a solid 1B behind MAF due to his injuries/inconsistencies and Lehner will likely cost too much. Gunnarson is a solid 3 LHD for any team. Dunn takes a oe year deal to get (hopefully) a full season's worth of numbers before a long term contract.

Since Hutton did well in St. Louis I could see the motives especially with the next trade moving Allen.
IMO Buffalo would be happy to get Bozak, good trade, let's make a deal!

We are not spending $2.5M on Hutton, who is clearly not as good as that one big season he had with the Blues.
